RATES: Rates Quoted are on an EXCLUSIVE USE BASIS, calculated on the number of guests being accommodated, whether adults or children.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AND ROOM CONFIGURATION: Cape Recife Light House can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests on an exclusive use basis. Cape Recife Lighthouse Villa offers two (2) double or twin rooms with shared bathroom.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Available at additional cost. Kindly contact reservations for updated cost.
CONSERVATION LEVY: A Conservation Levy is charged per person, per night and is payable locally on arrival.
CHILD POLICY:
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children under the age of 3 years are accommodated on a complimentary basis.
Children over the age of 3 years are charged the applicable rate calculated on the total number of guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
31 days + prior to arrival – may cancel free of charge;
15 to 30 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee payable;
14 to 0 days prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee payable.

Cape Recife Light House retains the right to admit any guests / and furthermore retains the right to expel any guests whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and/or staff.
